Deisy Mendez is a seasoned winger and attacking midfielder from Fayetteville, Ark. She competed for Farmington, Har-Ber and Springdale High Schools in the lead-up to her arrival at NWACC. She also competed in track and field across her high school career.

At club level, Mendez represented Academia Tigres Arkansas from 2018 to 2022 before playing with Arkansas Comets in 2023.

Mendez graduated from Springdale with high honors and was a member of the American Honor Society, the Spanish Honor Society, DECA and Springdale's debate team.

Mendez contributes to NWACC's first-ever women's soccer season in 2026.
