Bio
Omar Medina joins NWACC as the first-ever shot put athlete in school history.
Medina grew up in Memphis, Tenn. but attended Har-Ber High School in Springdale, where he competed as a dual-sport athlete in football and track and field.
As a senior in 2025, Medina was named team Thrower of the Year for the Wildcats.
2026
Medina begins his collegiate career in 2026 for the Eagles.
