Bio
Cindy Soto is a second-year distance runner at NWACC from Springdale. She is the first track and field athlete at NWACC to win an event outright.
Her high school career was spent at Har-Ber High School, where she ran cross country and track and field.

Soto looks to solidify an impressive competitive record at NWACC in her sophomore season in 2026.
2025
A successful season in the first year for both Soto and the program was highlighted by two top-tive finishes in one day March 13 at the Dean Pryor Invite. Soto won the 1500-Meter Run with a time of 5:13.14 and came 5th in the 800, running a 2:33.18.
Between the 800 and 1500 events, Soto rattled off nine straight top-20 finishes to start the season. In both events, she saved the best for last; her closing 800 time was a 2:31.5 April 17 at the Pittsburg State University Tune-Up, then she posted her first finish under five minutes two meets later at Arkansas Twilight (4:58.21).
