Final Three Round Out Men's Soccer Roster
Goalkeeper Jack Goble, defender James Blanco and forward Erik Ramos are the final three additions to the program ahead of its launch next month
BENTONVILLE - NWACC Men's Soccer head coach Dean Johnson announced the final three additions to his 2026 roster this week. Goalkeeper Jack Goble, defender James Blanco and forward Erik Ramos will all wear the Forest and Lime this fall.
ABOUT JACK
Goble is a sophomore goalkeeper from Aubrey, Texas who joins NWACC from Alpena Community College in Michigan. He collected over 100 saves during his prep career at Aubrey High School before making the move up north.
By joining NWACC, Goble will spend a second straight season with an NJCAA program in its inception year.
ABOUT JAMES
Blanco is a defender from Alexandria, Va. who attended James Madison High School and comes from Alexandria Soccer Academy's MLS Next program at club level.
Blanco can play across the back line and has youth international experience with the El Salvador Youth National Team.
ABOUT ERIK
Ramos graduated from Rogers High School in 2024 as the All-Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Boys Soccer Player of the Year.
In his stellar senior season, Ramos won the team's golden boot with 19 goals, also adding nine assists. His laundry list of accolades included AAA Class 6A All-State and First Team All-West Conference honors. He was also Conference MVP and competed in the state All-Star game.
Academically, Ramos also excelled; an honors graduate at Rogers HS, Ramos was a Student-Athlete Evidence of Excellence awardee as a senior in 2024.
Ramos represented Arkansas Comets before suiting up for Ozark United FC (then USL Arkansas) at club level.
